We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with the delivered product, you have the right to return the unused product within 14 days (from the date you received your order).
To return or exchange a purchase, email the following information to info@mathematik.co and we will reply promptly with instructions.

Once we receive your item(s) your money will be returned. Please note that it can take up to two weeks to process your return once the item(s) have been received.
Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.
If an item is received WITHOUT packaging and/or tags, you will be charged 25% of the refund amount.
Returns on bundled items must be returned in whole and not just one of the bundled items. For example if you have purchased the Tech Pouch bundle you can't just return the small, you must return the full bundle.
CROWDFUNDING RETURNS: Kickstarter and Indiegogo are unique platforms where we have the opportunity to offer new products, but because we are charged platform fees, and often cover part of the shipping cost to give you the greatest discounts, we don't offer refunds or returns on Kickstarter or Indiegogo items and they are final sale products.

Non-returnable items: Items discounted by 30% or more are non-returnable.
