Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order.
Please allow about 1 week for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage, after your order has been processed.
*This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared/manufactured, and readied for shipment*
If you have placed an order as a Guest Order, you may search your order in our “Track Order”
Product price may differ by country/location of delivery and payment currency. Please ensure to select your country before shopping.
We are doing our utmost to offer the best price options for your delivery from any location.
We accepts the following payment types:

Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
Delivery Time : 3 - 7 days
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. It will take 10-14 business days (for in-stock items) for delivery. Contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy caused by DAMAGED or FAULTY GOODS with the delivered product, you have the right to return the unused product within 14 days (from the date you received your order). To return or exchange a purchase, please send us an e-mail including the following information to email@example.com and we will reply promptly with instructions.

Once we receive your items, it will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that it could take up to two weeks to process your return once the item(s) have been received.
Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect. Please keep all products in their original condition. If an item is received WITHOUT packaging and/or tags, you will be charged 25% of the refund amount. Returns on bundled items must be returned in whole and not just one of the bundled items. For example if you have purchased the Tech Pouch bundle you can't just return the small, you must return the full bundle.
* CROWDFUNDING RETURNS: Kickstarter and Indiegogo are unique platforms where we have the opportunity to offer new products, but because we are charged platform fees, and often cover part of the shipping cost to give you the greatest discounts, we don't offer refunds or returns on Kickstarter or Indiegogo items and they are final sale products. ** Please note due to COVID-19 we are seeing a longer processing time on returns due limited staff at our warehouses. *** Non-returnable items: Items discounted by 30% or more are non-returnable.

A full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.
You cannot cancel any items that are already at the “Your order is on the way" status.
If your order has already shipped and cannot be modified, you may follow our return policy.
